Cinnamon Snickerdoodle-Batter Collagen Smoothie

This high protein, creamy smoothie is unsweetened and has just enough cinnamon to remind you of snickerdoodle cookie batter!


Smoothies are great for easy digestion and speed. The collagen powder in this one also makes it a filling, easy breakfast


INGREDIENTS


1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tbs chia seeds

1/2 tbs hemp seeds

2 tbs collagen powder


1/8 avocado

1/2 tbs raw almond butter

1 dandelion tea bag

3/4 cup of boiled water


1/2 cup frozen cauliflower


Be exacting about the measurements. Too much avocado will make it taste bitter. Too much almond butter will drown out the cinnamon flavour. A different combination of liquid or frozen cauliflower will take away from the texture.


METHOD

brew tea and allow to cool.

blend together all ingredients except cauliflower

add cauliflower and blend until smooth


SERVE


Serve immediately. Keep it cold and retain the texture by pouring into an insulated cup or mug
